"The staff on duty at the time we checked in was very rude and unpleasant. I travel from 3 - 6 times a year and this was one of the most unpleasant staffs I'd ever encountered. A young woman, Tina, assisted me with check out, and she was very pleasant, but other than that we encountered no pleasant staff whatsoever. It was one of the worse hotel experiences I've had in the last 10 years, and sad to say, the closest to home."
